When Maru bought this PH, its condition was far from what it is today, but we saw the potential and turned into reality the dream of a house that reflects who she is, and enhances the lifestyle she leads with Agus, her partner.

They both spend a lot of time at home working, enjoying it and are known for receiving many guests every weekend. This year the greatest guest of the house is Migue, their baby.

For its design, we were guided by noble materials, the integration of both the interior environments and the interior with the patio, as well as a comfortable distribution for fluid circulation and optimization of spaces.

The house has a ground floor where the entrance, a full bathroom, living room, dining room and integrated kitchen are located. The latter look out onto the patio which is a true enveloping garden in all its dimensions.

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom, Migue's bedroom and another full bathroom that overlooks the garden.

In Maru's house it is a refuge of calm, laughter, good music, sunshine coming through the garden and the perfect combination between silence, birdsong and the murmur of conversations from a neighbor on the block.
