Renting and making the place truly feel like your own home can seem like a dilemma between desires and reality. Many decide not to invest in a space in which they will only live for a while and this leads to the fact that in many cases one lives day by day (for some years) in a place that does not represent them.

Our recommendation is that, within the reach of each person's budget and in harmony with the owner, everything possible is done to adapt the place to one's needs, comforts and aesthetics. 

This was the case of our client, who was looking for an apartment that has all the space she needed: a bedroom suite, a home office, a room dedicated to his collection of sneakers (amazing), a living room – dining room – kitchen that are integrated for when he receives reduced visits and a terrace for when visits exceed the space below.

With our design and the changes we made, we not only gave the apartment the client's identity, but we added value to the property. We modified everything that we could modify without the need of a full renovation, from doors, faucets, lighting, kitchen fronts, wall coverings and more! The happy and grateful owner.

The terrace had total intervention: pergola with enclosure, outdoor shower with deck, living room, a corner with lounge chairs, bar, dining room and 360° landscaping.

All pieces of furniture and textiles were designed by us, absolutely everything was made new.
